We do not collect the jobs related information from any other online sources as available publicly or at ERP or HCM or Legacy systems. We do not modify or create such information unless and or suggested by company HR to do so.
We do not verify or authenticate the credentials, truthfulness or authenticity, veracity of the said information hosted. It is the responsibility of the users / Company HR to use and rely on the said information at their sole discretion. We reserve the right to delete the said information at our sole discretion or from any request for the deletion of the same or as may be required under applicable laws for the removal of the same asked from Company HR without any notice or information by anyone and / or by any regulatory or judicial authorities.
Sensitive Data:
We do not collect sensitive personal data like; financial information such as Bank Account details or Credit Card or Debit Card or other payment related details; physical and mental or other health conditions or medical records and history; Biometric information such as fingerprints, voice & facial patterns and DNA any other sensitive information which is confidential or sensitive by its nature. We do not store information of users like password of your e mail account. The password of your Global R&R portal account automatically gets saved in the server when you create an account or register with Global R&R unless desired under any legal obligation.
If you choose to login with SSO (Single Sign On) we may import the information like email ID, Employee ID, Designation, email Password. Currently this functionality is not enabled or non functional.

If you are located in the European Union and you do not sign in to your account or interact with our services for more than five years , your account will expire and be scheduled for removal from our site. Expired accounts are deleted on a routine basis. If your account contains any file attachment or profile image (if any), you will receive an email from us before we delete your file in this manner.
